Cancellation/ prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please check what conditions may apply to each option when making your selection. The cancellation policy only applies to standard rate booking, which are refundable up to a day before check-in.
Refundable damage deposit
A damage / security deposit of Naira 80,000.00 is required on arrival for incidentals. This will be collected either as a cash or card payment. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the apartments cause by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible for.
Children and beds
Child policies
Children of any age are welcome. Children 13 years and above will be charged as adults at this property.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

The minimum age for check-in is 18

The fine print
Need-to-know information for guests at this property
- Guests are requested to present the credit / debit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the apartment. Please note that your credit / debit card may be pre-authorized prior to your arrival.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment.
- Unauthorized late check-out after 12 PM is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate.
- Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only.
- Guest will get a complimentary cleaning three times a week with 24hrs advanced request.
- As per Nigeria Law, please send us clear passport copies of all guests in advance to secure your access to the building. If passport copies or guest information are not submitted before the arrival, your booking may be cancelled as failure to comply with the Nigeria Law.

- Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 10:00.
